We're currently seeking a mid-level Web Developer (5 years experience please). Must be skilled with PHP, ASP, .net, Java, and JavaScript. Experience with Action Script a plus. Must have demonstrable experience in database coding in the following areas: e-commerce, large file transfer, and customer management.

Ability to resist the occasional compulsion to eat the graphic designers
Effectively work collaboratively or solo
Ability to offer input on information flow.
---Experience and Skill Requirements:
Fluid knowledge of CSS/XHTML layout
Strong communication skills
Capable of programming in both PHP, ASP, .net
Syntax-agnostic mindset; ability to learn new languages as required
Server management/setup
Must be able to accurately assess project requirements, and complete work based on assessments in a timely fashion
